First in the nation contactless, voice-enabled, interactive directories using Amazon Alexa
In response to a call from airports for a contactless passenger experience, Art of Context developed an Alexa skill for the Amazon Echo to provide up-to-date flight and concession information.
Our developers used Alexa for business, to tightly integrate into the airport environment. As a proof of concept, an Echo Dot was installed at an interactive directory location at Boston Logan Airport (BOS). Our team was pleased with the interactive response despite ambient noise. See for yourself.
The skill doesn’t require a physical interface, it can also be used at home for those passengers who like to plan ahead.
